How can I feel more comfortable presenting in public
Being a manager and a trainer, I have heard the above multiple times. Some of them are extremely bright, hardworking, and know their business at the back of their hand.
I’m only loved when I’m achieving
Have you ever wondered what makes it so important for you to be always achieving? I have.
Do you brush off positive feedback or say “Thank You”?
As I conduct performance reviews for my team and receive my own, I reflected upon my inner journey in receiving feedback. Growing up, I learned to brush off praises and compliments.
Am I ever going to be ready?
If you don’t have to worry about being “good enough” or “being there yet”, what will you start doing or try?
Two blue ticks: Is it actually helping?
It was useful information at first. I could know whether this person read my message. If the person hasn’t read my message, what was his or her last seen status?
Are all thoughts true?
After I started meditating, I realize how fickle and busy my mind is. This was new to me as I had minimal difficulty focusing on my task on hand. I have always been the focused one, be it at school or work.
