Why you shouldn’t wait any longer:
The first year in your new role shapes:
✦ your confidence
✦ your reputation
✦ your leadership habits
If you don't address these patterns, you often:
▸become more anxious
▸work longer hours
▸become increasingly dependent on external validation
Setting the right foundation determine whether you will be in survival mode or thriving mode in your role 2 years down the road.
Many women think their struggle is a confidence problem.
What I've found is that confidence is often the outcome, not the starting point.
Beneath the overthinking, self-doubt and pressure are patterns that unconsciously shape how you
see yourself, make decisions and lead others.
When you learn to spot these patterns, everything starts to change.
This webinar will be practical, honest and experiential. You will leave with more clarity about
yourself and practical tools that you can apply immediately to lead with more confidence and ease.
It is the start of you finally feeling legit in your role, not just an imposter.
About your host — TJ Lew
I was stepping into bigger roles in Fortune 500 companies before I felt ready — and many times, feeling like I was an imposter. To counter that, I kept working harder and harder, but it wasn’t sustainable. I was exhausted. Not just from the work, but from the constant self-questioning and overthinking. I know what it feels like to look capable on the outside while carrying anxiety, self-doubt and the constant fear of being found out on the inside. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Through coaching high-performing female leaders, I've noticed that the women who struggle the most are often not the least capable. In fact, they're often the ones who care deeply, work hard and hold themselves to exceptionally high standards. I support them to lead with confidence from within, so they can achieve results with ease. Doing well, and feeling well inside
